Guest guest
Huh. The one I looked at didn't say natural flavors. I wonder if there are regional differences. Is that both the salty and unsalted ones that had no natural flavors? Sometimes unsalted has natural flavors when salted does not. Mara > Thanks Mara! I remember last time I bought it it said " natural flavors " so I fed it to the hubby. Didn't know those natural flavors were legal! > > >> >>> Anyone know if it is legal? One of the moderators there contacted the company and their response is below. What are your thoughts on legality having read this? I am sure a lot of the moms over there would love to have some butter for their kiddos, but we are very cautious of course! I, personally, am very wary of anything labeled " with natural flavors. " I would get this statement in writing, on the Meyenberg letterhead, not just an e-mail. It sounds like it could be legal, because lactic acid is not illegal. I think I would approach with caution, like any food, and be prepared to yank if there are untoward reactions. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
