Guest guest
Ray, As the others say you are an imperation to us. I am new to the site. Joined a few days ago. I am having surgury in 3 weeks. I am so excited. I have a goal maybe all of you can help me meet it. See my husband is in the navy and gone on deployment again nut he come home in the begining of Oct ( he actually leaves the boat for shore duty ) so i am going to have 6 weeks after surgury to lose weight and i want to really impress him. ( i know you are thinking he is going to be impressed after being gone for 3 months LOL) but this is the heaviest i have been since we married 14 years ago i was 150 then and now i am about 20 lbs short of double that. So i plan to get inperation where ever i can. Please any advice is welcomed. Thanks to anyone who replies. Patty in Ct surgury Aug 18th at Yale with Dr Bell ===== Have a great day! Guest guest
Cherie, Good luck tomorrow in your pre-testing. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you embark on this new journey. I'm little over 3 months out myself and haven't regretted one minute of it. I thank the good Lord everyday. Take care and God bless. Guest guest
Cherie, Thanks, may your surgery and recovery be uneventful. If you live the plan (eat small portions, eat smart, drink lots of water, and EXERCISE!) you'll succeed. Stay in touch with the group. There are a lot of good and knowledgeable people here to share both good times and not so good times. May you realize the blessings that you have and will recieve. Stay in touch. -Ray > Ray, > > Congratulations!!!!! <<< SNIP >>>
