Guest guest
Karianne,What's the point of making a whole lot the first time when you are just trialling it? Maybe make a smaller amount and then if it goes well, make a lot more the secondtime. You can't freeze yogurt effectively - it won't lose all but it will lost a lot of probioticeffect.MaraHow long can I store goat yogurt in the fridge?I am going to make my first batch on sunday and want to make as much as possible. I guess I will need to take it very slow since I am very sensitive to probiotic and have been dairy free for 3 years. But I was told that if you freeze or heat it the bacterias will die. If I make a large batch of yogurt and freeze some of it and then thaw it to make marinade to meat. Then the proboitic is dead but is it possible I will react on the casein then?KarianneSCD 9 monthsASD.
