The first two batches was fine and thick.I did use a little less gelatin on the second batch so the on the third batch I wanted to use more. So I did.The results after 10 hour fermenting and 10 hours in the frigde was liquid.. I didn't understand what happened.. So I tried again yesterday. And it was just liquid again... Does anyone have a idea on what that has happened? The second time I made yogurt I only used 3 leafs for 3,5c yogurt.
