Guest guest
<<One red flag in dating would be someone who was opposed to the diet and tried to sabotage it. In this case is sounds like narcissism or abuse.>> Extreme narcissism which expressed itself in abuse. The counselor we were seeing at the time of our divorce said, " Carol, he is TOTALLY self-centered. You will be far, FAR better off without him!! " << They may try to blame the diet for their behavior, but if not for the diet, they would do this in other aspects of your life. Best to stay away from these types.>> Blame the diet or any other thing they can think of. It's always " someone else's fault " <<Others may use the diet as an excuse for " not being into you " . A good and kind person who is truly interested in getting to know you should hopefully look beyond this.>> Amen and amen. My philosophy is " Better to find out sooner rather than later! " Life has so many more difficult things to deal with than the inconvenience of our diet. I'm grateful for whatever weeds the self-centered wooses out!
