Guest guest
Anyone out there have their plastics done this close together? Any advice/caution/words of warning & wisdom -- from one and all? ============================================== Lucille: I had my tt a year and a half ago and just got home from the plastic surgeon a little while ago. Will be having a breast lift and reduction done tentatively on 12/17 right after I finished with my classes for this semester. Just informed hubby that he'll be cooking x-mas dinner. Will be having it done at North Shore Manhasset, or St. Francis Hospital with Dr. Sklansky. He is super. Going to also fix the residual puffiness left from the hysterectomy too. I'm very upset that his perfect work was disturbed. LOL Oh by the way, you're not nuts. Originally I was going for the breast thing six weeks post-op from the tummy tuck, but developed a necrotic fat mass and that definitely scared me away from having surgery for awhile. Kind of like having a baby. You forget after awhile and jump right back in. : ) Good luck. Regina

Guest guest
Regina! Another girl thumbing her nose at Santa! Yeah!!!!!!!!! And you are 5 days ahead of me. Lucky for you your husband can cook. I am feeling a little guilty about being out of commission for XMas, as I usually have my brother & his family over, so was thinking maybe I will make a tray of lasagna and freeze it and instruct from afar on defrosting and baking. For some reason I thought you were out on the west coast, and here you are a Long Island girl?!?!?!? You mean St. Francis, the famous cardiac hospital? Thanks for your encouragement, Regina. It actually helps to know I have some company in this -- I feel fortified! Best of luck to you too! We will both start the new year with gorgeous ta tas! Hey - I'm right in there with ya guys - my date (LBL, Abdominoplasty, thigh reduction) is December 22 - so I may be coming home Christmas day. My hubby can't cook either, so I have a LOT of cooking/freezing to do beforehand so we have something edible in the house he can just heat up and serve ) Of course, he said we wouldn't do a tree this year since I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. Hrummppf! We certainly ARE having a tree! We reached a compromise - small table-top live tree that we'll plant out back later. Merry Christmas to us! ) Sally 298 (BMI 49)/-142/156 Goal: 145-150ish lap RNY 7/10/02 Dr. Quinlin/Pittsburgh
