GMA is on ABC. ----------------------------------------- Missed it. But Dr. Phil is going to be holding forth on weight loss starting, I think, this Friday. Should be interesting. His main thrust has always been that it's hard work to stay fat, and you must be getting something out of it or you wouldn't be doing it....... I'd like to give him an infusion of my genes and then see what kind of a song he sings. Carol A

Getting thin was next to impossible till WLS and it still takes work to stay thin! Sharon Ann Merritt Design With Merritt http://www.DesignWithMerritt.com http://www.eclecticacademy.com > Missed it. Never was work for me - I swear I could gain weight in my sleep. The hard work was trying to get thin with diets and battling constant hunger, even right after eating.
