Missed it. But Dr. Phil is going to be holding forth on weight loss starting,

I think, this Friday. Should be interesting. His main thrust has always been

that it's hard work to stay fat, and you must be getting something out of it

or you wouldn't be doing it.......

I'd like to give him an infusion of my genes and then see what kind of a song

he sings.

I agree Fay. Staying fat was pretty easy for me. Getting thin was next to

impossible till WLS and it still takes work to stay thin!

Never was work for me - I swear I could gain weight in my sleep. The hard

work was trying to get thin with diets and battling constant hunger, even

right after eating.
