Guest guest
, Here's a thought....have your vitamin A checked. You aren't so far out from your surgery but that was a problem for me recently. Another thought is it could just be from the weight loss itself. For months I looked kinda pale and sickly even though I felt great. Dawn
Guest guest
, I just pulled the following info from " Beyond Change " into my database tonite! ********** Signs of iron deficiency: (J.Jacques) -- easy fatigability, increased heart rate, rapid breathing--esp w/exertion, muscle weakness, pale or grayish color (loss of " pinkness " ): this may be esp notable around the eyes or just inside the lower eyelid where normally pink tissue may become pale; fragile or spooned nails, intolerance to cold, restless legs at night, and persistent diffuse hair loss. Vit A & iron appear to support each other. *********** What do your labs show for iron, ferritin stores, vit A, etc? I know you're probably not even getting tested for any vitamins at all, unless Kane et all have changed their tune on labs...........
