I believe Alyssa is one of the lucky ones with a Vitamix- no wonder her nuts turn to butter so fast! I could wait all day for mine in my cheap food processor. Sounds like I'll have to make a trip to costco!I actually have a blendtec, but I've never made nut butter in it.
