Dora,

You like Isopure? What flavor is that?

Rich tried the mango something-er-other and the apple one. He

couldn't stand them. He tried the punch and the grape and said they

were just okay.

Those are the proteing drinks that I am planning on using. I like

most all of the flavors. I haven't found a shake that I can really

stand to drink any amount of, but the Isopure drinks are good

tasting. At least to me. I didn't think they were any thicker than

a crystal lite, but there is a dryness in my mouth after drinking

one. The flavors seemed to be like watered down crystal lite.

I have been using them as a breakfast drink the last few weeks so

that I could sample the flavors. Using them these last two weeks

too as I am on low carb before surgery.

So relieved that I found a protein drink I can stand. Hopefully my

tastes won't change too much after surgery so that I will still like

these.

I am having a Apple Melon one right now and it's not my favorite,

but very doable for me. I was looking on the site this morning. I

think there are around 8 flavors now.

today. The guy at the vitamin store told me not to try the apple

because it tasted like soap. I mean I would not choose to drink

them if I did not have to, but they were good as far as other

protein drinks I have tried.

Dora - you are right behind me by only a few weeks! Today was

supposed to be my day, but it was not meant to be I guess. Good

thing too as I developed strep throat and am on antibiotics right

now.

Getting close to counting the hours now.
