Guest guest
But is it safe for us to do that?
Guest guest
You mean the protein train? I don't know why it wouldn't be, since that's what we were doing in the beginning and since it's only for 3 days, I don't see the harm in it. I have an email into my nurse to make sure but I don't think there will be a problem. They keep telling me protein, protein, protein....i don't eat veggies and hardly any fruit now....lol. Guest guest
Do you use any kind of protein shakes? I have been on a plateau for a month now and only have 21 more pounds until I reach my goal. Can I do this too?

They are using it in several other wls message boards I am a member on. Hugs, in AL. > But is it safe for us to do that? > > >
Guest guest
From what I have been told and seen written you basically go back to the way it was when you first had surgery where you pushed the protein shakes and water before anything else. Hope this help to answer your questions. Hugs, in AL. > Do you use any kind of protein shakes? I have been on a plateau for a month > now and only have 21 more pounds until I reach my goal.
