Guest guest Posted July 1, 2010 Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 I finally tried using my crepes for a quesadilla. I used a cast iron skillet and sprayed it w/olive oil. Then I put down 1 crepe and topped it w/heated shredded chicken, shredded cheese and some salsa and topped it with the other crepe. It cooked up nice, but the crepes just didn't "stick" together like a regular flour tortilla would and it was pretty flimsy so it was hard to eat - pretty messy. But the flavor was good!!
