Guest guest
I had a sore pouch after eating most foods until I figured out which ones I could most comfortably eat but I'd say this happened until I was about 3-4 months post-op. At first your pouch is still healing and swollen from surgery I am told so it feels the worst then but improves with time. Guest guest
That could be it for some people. For me it wasn't an issue because I ate slowly and chewed thoroughly and it still didn't help. Of course I had to learn the hard way how much I could safely eat. That did not take long at all though! I think I made myself sick twice in those first two months and that was it. I never ate until I was sick again. For me it was just a matter of letting that pouch adjust and heal. Once that happened I felt much better.
