Lorraine, was it suggested to you to try hot/cold alternating compresses?

or maybe physical therapy? I've just come through about a year and a half of

misery with my husband and a couple of shoulder problems (he's diabetic and

they take alot longer to recover), so I really really sympathize with you.

Hope you are able to take the cortisone and that it helps! Feel better soon!
