Guest guest
Yes, I experienced the same thing. I felt so wonderful that I wondered if they even did the surgery. But It's been less than 5 months and when I last checked I had lost a little over 85 pounds. So obviously they really did do the surgery. I learned to start to eat things and see if they were okay with me and that's when I had a couple set backs and learned not to eat certain things and/or to eat it differently. I'm so happy that you are having such success. I also had no pain, so that worried me too, but things are good! from Delaware Lap RNY 3/10/04 261/176/
Guest guest
actually, that same thought crossed my mind also, because i was up walking the minute i was in my room with no pain.. the only problem was the week of being sore.. I didnt hurt not one time through out the whole process... just sore... but yes.. i thought the same thing.. how funny.. amy 6-23-04 Celeste wrote: Hello Perhaps after my last note I might not get much of an answer about this but..... Here I am one week after surgery and I was talking to my medical group yesterday and had to ask if they really did the surgery on my stomach. Did anyone else have the feeling that maybe things were too good, that maybe they really didn't do all that major surgery that you were in for? Might this be a side effect of the lap process when you can't really see a huge incision then you might have doubts about what happened internally? See, this is a funny question, but I thought I would ask. Celeste lap RNY 7/30/04 384/364/???/170 (beginning/surgical weigh in/current/goal) --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
