Guest guest
Celeste, I think you are right on the money. We have to change our habits or there will be no success. I am ashamed of the trash that I have put in my body over the years. I look at the " honeymoon phase " as a way to ingrain my new eating habits. I am a firm believer that if we start over from where we started and rebuilt our eating habits we would have better control. And I will admit my greatest self-defeating issue is the fact that I am so heavy that I get hungry all the time. How wonderful will it be to try and change my eating habits without being hungry constantly. I look at this as a golden opportunity to change a lot of things about me. Guest guest
Celeste, I know I am one who answered that its not required by our Insurance but that doesn't mean the Dr. doesn't have them on staff. As of yet my surgery isn't set yet but when it does I will find out more. I had a message from their office that there are a few day's at the end of August available so I am thinking of doing one of them or sometime in September. I'll respond more as I find out what all is going to happen such as classes prior to surgery. By the way, thanks for your information you posted. in AL.
