Guest guest Posted August 17, 2004 Report Share Posted August 17, 2004 Not so sure about post-op or not, but I know that the skin is very easy to remove when it is cooked. I don't eat the skin, but it always seems much easier to me to remove it after it is cooked. It will usually just peel right off.
