Ok, is there a best time to weigh yourself. AM vs. PM? Also is there

a better time to excercise AM vs. PM? I try to break up my excercise

with a walk in the AM and then again after dinner.

Also, I did go out last night for my 2nd ann. dinner and we went to

LongHorn steak house. I did slip alittle, but hey it was a special

night. Appetizer was onions cover with some batter, I ate like 5 of

those, small pieces. They were good, I know the carbs in the

breading, but must I say again special night. I figured I had been a

cheap date for my husband for a long time so I splurged and ordered

the combo steak and shrimp dinner with steamed veggies, and a bed of

lettuce with tomatoes on it. Of course I brought home more than

half, but left overs are my middle name. Then the waitress brought

out ice cream with cool whip on top, free of charge of course. So I

had to take a bite or two of that. I do not do well with dairy, but

2 bites didn't kill me. I left feeling satified, not bulging and

running to the car waiting to unbuckle my jeans so I think all in

all I did well and stopped when I was suppose to. That had been a

problem of mine. Trying to eat more than my pouch would let.

The waitress got a $10 dollar tip out of my husband which was

shocking since he hardly ever tips, I always go behind him and leave

money. (cheap) Looking forward to my 3rd wedding ann. now. Hope all

had a good night and a good day today.
