I've been using the UpCalD for a couple of months now and I LOVE it. I put

a scoop in each of my shakes, so I'm getting an average of 3000mg of calcium

a day. I didn't mind the pills, but this is one less pill to do when I load

up a month of pills at a time. :)

I'm sorry to hear that you're not part of the VitaCrew anymore. I know that

the commute for you was a killer though. I would love to be a VitaPerson, my

commute would be a bit worse than yours was though. :) I'll just have to

settle for visiting every so often I guess.

I don't know about chewable, but there is a powder you can add to

anything -- I add mine to my shakes, but it can be added to coffee, soup,

oatmeal, whatever. It has no taste and dissolves completely. It's called

UpCal, and you can get it from Vitalady.

Oh, and Moderator, I'm not promoting a company I work for -- I've changed

jobs, but I am still a loyal customer.
