If you are craving a sweet thing this is probably your best option.

However, heed the warning. There is a strong laxative effect. It is one

of the few things I dump on and I had the gastroplasty.

Lori,

For me that doesn't seem to be a bad thing, LOL! I'm one of those

that needs a little help along the way! So far it hasn't caused

this effect. I guess if I ate a box of 24, maybe? <G> Just keeping

it at 4 or so a day. That gives me my after dinner sweet.

Stover is out with a very tasty low-carb candy that you can

find at all Walgreen's and other places.

4 pieces of their pecan caramel is only 104 cals and 9 carbs (one

piece is about the size of a bite size peanut butter cup). I might

eat one after dinner or a couple at the show. Then at times I pass

for days. Endulge bars are good to satisfy a sweet tooth also.

None of them are SOOO good that I ever feel out of control...but

good enough to do the trick :)
