Guest guest
If you are craving a sweet thing this is probably your best option. However, heed the warning. There is a strong laxative effect. It is one of the few things I dump on and I had the gastroplasty. Guest guest
Lori, For me that doesn't seem to be a bad thing, LOL! I'm one of those that needs a little help along the way! So far it hasn't caused this effect. I guess if I ate a box of 24, maybe? <G> Just keeping it at 4 or so a day. That gives me my after dinner sweet. Guest guest
Stover is out with a very tasty low-carb candy that you can find at all Walgreen's and other places. 4 pieces of their pecan caramel is only 104 cals and 9 carbs (one piece is about the size of a bite size peanut butter cup). I might eat one after dinner or a couple at the show. Then at times I pass for days. Endulge bars are good to satisfy a sweet tooth also. None of them are SOOO good that I ever feel out of control...but good enough to do the trick Carol G. > > If you are craving a sweet thing this is probably your best > option. > > However, heed the warning.
