Guest guest
Ray actually had one tooth longer than the other. That Russian Blue mixed in there made him lie around on his back A LOT. I'd never seen a cat who was ALWAYS on his back, feet curled up. With the one long fang, the other normal fang and his head tilted back, we referred to him as the Vampire Otter. The tooth kinda worked its way longer & longer til when I had them cleaned (every coupla years, cuz anesthesia scares me), well, Ray woke up only half vampire, shall we say. I'd say he never complains, but he complains about everything. LOL! ESP when I complain about his sudden middle night arrival onto my bladder or other tender body parts. I swear he aims. I've got everything fixed I'm gonna, so I wish he'd leave my fluffy parts alone, leave the moving parts alone & just let me pet him without having to MOLD me to his ideal. Sheesh. But when Priscilla wants breakfast, she nibbles a nostril. That'll make you bug eyed fast, too. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
I have a Blue and I adore her. Great personality. Talks to me when she wants attention, so she whines quite a bit. Hmm...maybe I should get HER some cheese when she whines for attention. If I don't lean down to pet her she proceeds to jump in my lap, find her favorite position and fall asleep. Sheesh...makes it a bit hard to type or work. I never thought I could get so attached to a cat (especially a breed with biggggg ears and a wedge face, and she likes to spend time in the " otter " position too!) How to bring this back to on-topic? She jumps in my lap when I watch TV (which isn't much)and demands I pet her. Keeps me from eating or having the ability to get up to food-hunt. Moral to the story? Go buy a emotionally needy cat to keep you from eating at the TV! Carol G. > Ray actually had one tooth longer than the other. Guest guest
I'd never seen a cat who was ALWAYS on his back, feet curled up. Then you need to come to my house. I have 2 Ragdoll cats who are notorious for being flat on their backs sprawled out. They have now taught the other 2 non ragdolls to do it, so my house is a like maze trying to get around all the blobs laying around on the floor. I have had many, many cats that drooled when they were in a VERY loving mood. This usually happened when they were being loved on and they were " needing " on something. Yes they drooled!! Talk about having no shame!!!! LOL, kathy *****Happiness is being owned by a cat!!!*****
Guest guest
OH yes. But the siamesey looking ones with white, insist the only lap they can be in is THIS one. At the computer, upside down, head in/on left arm. JJ prefers to occupy the whole hand. My posts are notoriously short when I am " occupied " . However, there is no eating with a lapful of cat, either. That, and the long hairs kinda leave their mark everywhere, you know? Priscilla LOVES pills of every kind, but gels are her favorite. I find them stuck to my foot if she has had a chance to get one. She licks them, but not long enough for them to dissolve. I caught her trying to help me sort them one time. She insisted she was innocent, but when she looked at me with those big blue eyes, she had a pill stuck to her nose! LOL! Thank goodness they don't like my protein or I'd really have a fight on my hands. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
But what about the dogs? My stupid poodle loves mine- her fav is my moring on with vanilla PS100 in s/f Tang with flaxseed. Cat can't be bothered to like anything that she should. Made a batch of treats for her with canned mackerel, wouldn't touch 'em but the dog loved them. Go figure!
