Tina, welcome back!

I am so envious that you guys get to where sweaters right now.

Yesterday it was 90 degrees here in Amarillo. NOT fair! But, the high

tomorrow is supposed to be 48, so goes Texas Panhandle weather, wait

five minutes and it WILL change.

Unfortunately you'll need liquid sugar (Liquid SugarLike) but the company has

stopped making it. So I'm currently in the process of finding some liquid sugar

that will be able to caramelize just like SugarLike did.

And if it doesn't change in 5 minutes it seems to get stuck on 95 to 100

We had a layover in DFW coming home from Vegas. It was 92 degrees

and felt like 125 compared to the Vegas heat! But, it's sooooo cold

in NJ now...I wanna go back to Vegas!!!!

RATS!!!! I was so jazzed by the idea of peanut brittle!! I knew there had

to be some kind of secret (the liquid SugarLike) because I've tried things like

this with Splenda and it just DOESN'T work! If you find a workable

substitute, PLEASE let us know!
