I know that it sounds silly, but I absolutely love the sweatin to the oldies tapes because it's kind of like dancing and I love to dance. I also really like The firm workout tapes. I will do kickboxing, swimming, strength training, you name it, I don't like walking with no purpose. Have you tried doing exercises other than walking? What about swimming? Bike riding? Swimming on occasion But I really dont lik= e swimming without a purpose either its kinda like just sitting there is the the water= , so whenever I do swim i do water arobics for my legs and stomach. I try the bike riding= at the gym but I also get the same feeling of going nowhere but I wonder if I did buy = a bike if that would feel different. The only thing that really works for me is danci= ng and correagraphing dances but i think mainly because i enjoy that. I dont know.= I mean I do exercise but in my mentality its because I have to or this surgery's a w= aste. But I just want to enjoy it so I dont always feel like i HAVE to but that I WANT = to.
