breast lift

I have a few questions regarding a possible breast lift.

does it sound feasible to have a PS do a lift in his office on a friday and

return to work on a monday? should i even be considering this guy since he

doesn't use a hospital?

about 2yr. ago i saw two PS in VA. both were going to do it in the hosp.

neither would fight my insurance for me. i could not pay for it - over 4500

at the time. i was told 1-2wk.

basically i'm looking at a simple reduction with lift, no implants, one

going from a full C cup to a B and the other lesser than C going to a B. i

just want to be even once again and not facing south although i'm not

looking to have boobs like a 16yr. old either.

so anyhow, some of my patients have used this PS in town, he does it in the

office, they go back to work in 3 days, it seems almost too good to believe.

and he's like 1500 cheaper than the docs in VA were which makes no sense

considering everything is higher priced here because its a city, not rural

appalachia.

so if anyone has done something similar let me know - what should i expect.

also i'm wondering if the scars are going to widen with time? that is what

happens with my open incision - i even had a scar revision and it widened in

the last couple months - it was a fine line when done, she even stitched

rather than stapled - internal stitches and its wide in places. for

whatever reason the stomach scar is not as big an issue to me but i would

hate to see wide scars around my boobs!
