Guest guest
Hi Marilyn, Would you please summarize it in a nut shell? Too complicated for me to read after a full day of work. Too complicated for me to read after a full day of work. Well, in essence, if I read it correctly, the author of the study went into it with a bias -- plant foods are good, animal foods are bad. He then proceeded to interpret the data to prove his bias. One interesting point that was made though -- individual nutrients behave different from whole foods. Which is true -- and why Elaine stressed whole foods, and diets which were balanced over time. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
