Drinking with meals

I drink right up until the time I eat. In fact, I usually have a big glass

of water, because I don't drink for at least an hour afterward. The only

exception is a tiny sip to swallow pills about 20 minutes after I eat.....I

like to take vites on top of some food.

I do 30 minutes.

and two hours after. My sister's surgeon also said not

I drink right up until the time I start eating, then try to wait 30-

45 minutes after eating to drink again. I think the " water loading "

before eating helps me to eat less. I couldn't wait two hours after

eating to drink again, I'd be terribly thirsty.
