I just ordered some coconut flour. Has anybody used it? It seems

lighter than alomond flour.

I think coconut flour varies more than almond flour. Some is a bit

dry, some is very dry. I think I remember it has to do with how

vigorous they were in extracting the coconut oil first. I haven't

used coconut flour a lot but every time I have had to add more liquid

or equivalent (say, applesauce) compared to almond flour.

I personally don't like it.  find it gritty and heavy compared to almond flour, and I'm not crazy about what it tastes like, either.n-- Now available. I love your cookbook. It's the first one I bought when starting SCD. I

remember looking at all the advanced foods and thinking yummmmm but it took me a

while....

Thank you for sharing your story. It got me through some very dark days. I used

your book for making my first breads and muffins and your cheese crackers are

amazing.

Thanks,

PJ

Hi ! I was just reading your book last night before going to bed because

it makes me happy! ;o) Let me just say that I love the pictures and, while many

of the recipes are a bit advanced for me, I can't wait to try them eventually

(or to make them for my friends and family to prove that I can/will eat good

food!) Thanks for a beautiful book.
