Hi June,

Many people have sleep disturbances the first week or so on LDN. This

is the period when the body gets used to the stimulation of the extra

endorphin production. I was a total wreck my first week. I'd wake

up, bam!, about 2-3 AM and either take hours to get back to sleep or

not at all. On day 7 I thought uh oh, this is NOT going to work,

probably because I already had sleep issues. But that night it all

went away! After that, unless I provoke a restless night be eating

protein or fat too near bedtime, I would say I get much better

regular sleep on LDN. I have never had the lurid dreams some talk

of. So my suggestion is, hang in there for a bit and see if it calms

down. If not, you might consider lowering your dosage and working

back up after awhile.
