Guest guest
Hi June, Many people have sleep disturbances the first week or so on LDN. This is the period when the body gets used to the stimulation of the extra endorphin production. I was a total wreck my first week. I'd wake up, bam!, about 2-3 AM and either take hours to get back to sleep or not at all. On day 7 I thought uh oh, this is NOT going to work, probably because I already had sleep issues. But that night it all went away! After that, unless I provoke a restless night be eating protein or fat too near bedtime, I would say I get much better regular sleep on LDN. I have never had the lurid dreams some talk of. So my suggestion is, hang in there for a bit and see if it calms down. If not, you might consider lowering your dosage and working back up after awhile.
