Guest guest
I know the rules of the pouch and I am 6 years out and doing good. My questions are 1. If you are not hungry and eat only when you are hungry, does your body go into starvation mode even though your not hungry? Example- I usually do not have an appetite until after 10 am, when I feel hungry then I eat, and wait til I am hungry again. This maybe more than 4 hours before I am hungry again. 2. I know we are not suppose to drink after eating and to wait 20 to 30 minutes. The reason for this is as I followed it, we push the food through faster hense getting hungry sooner. I drink when I am thirsty wether I just ate or not. I don't get hungry any sooner. Should I really wait the 20 min any way. If I am full then I will sip until that feeling goes away. Am I wrong on this, any input would be helpful. I have not had problems, some weight gain, but I am back on track with that. I was just eating wrong. I guess I want to know if these rules are written in stone or is there room for different people, different rules? in MO
