Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 I finally got back to my normal exercise routine (with my doc's okay of course)!!! I was too afraid to get back into jogging because I was afraid of jarring my jaw, so I did step aerobics instead. I did 45 minutes of step aerobics, then 20 minutes of strength training. This is pretty much my normal routine. It is so good to get back into the swing of things. I think that I will do every other day instead of every day right now. My jaw joints are a litle sore, but they were sore anyways, so I figured that I wasn't going to let that stop me from doing things. If anything hurts too much, then I stop.
