Guest guest
Shiloh, I have yet to try ensure. Don't have much of an appetite today but have been dutifully drinking water and apple juice and chicken broth. I feel like I am constantly going to the bathroom! Luckily my mother and step-father have figured out that it's best to leave me be even though I find it frustrating when they ask me questions and they say, " don't talk. " Then bloody don't ask me things! The catherer in my arm - I had two. One they said was for my IV and the other one I have no idea. I just know that when it started hurting I wanted to rip it out right then and there. I have never felt pain like that, not even when I wole up in the middle of my rhinoplasty 10 years ago. Ooops the anesthesiaologist didn't dose heavy enough. My breathing is a mess right now. I feel like I have the mother of all colds. Time to administer some of that Flonase and Afrin. Oh ad liquid penicillin has got to be the most disgusting things ever! More updates to come tomorrow. I'm so glad it's over with though. I can only imagine how you feel after 3 ops! Guest guest
Sara, I can relate to the questions which are followed by " don't talk! " People sure are funny! I had two IVs in my arm ... the " normal " one and one to monitor my heartrate. That one is put in differently, from what I understand. When mine came out, I bled - heavily. It kind of " slices " in or something. I don't know the details. But ... that's my two cents. Oh my goodness!!! Liquid penicillin is THE NASTIEST thing on earth!!! Take care. " Talk " to ya soon, Carol > > Hi Sara!!! > > Nice to be on this side!
