Hola Familia,

It me again! It's been a while....hope everyone who has had the

surgery remembers not to take a shower while taking pain medication

(it has to be at least 4 hrs after your last dose). Just writing to

ask you all again for your prayers...I will have to have surgery on

my ankle afterall, after having it in a cast for 2 weeks. The bones

shifted....I will be in surgery tomorrow Monday, July 19th at 11:00

a.m. I hope to be told that I've lost twice the weight than expected

when I go to my 4 week follow-up on Aug. 3rd, since I will have had

two surgeries by then....don't you think? lol All your prayers made

a difference for me during my gastric bypass surgery and hope you

don't mind doing so again!!! Thank you all for your support once

again and congratulations to all of you who have been successful in

losing all the weight. God Bless You all!

I am new here, and see you have to have another surgery. I will say

a prayer that it goes well, no complications, and that you have lost

more weight too!!!
