Probiotics are important, but they are most effective if you get them out of whole foods. ALL nutrients are better when you get them from properly digested real foods. If so, what pill is best? I use the Lyo-San from Lucy's Kitchen Shoppe, as well as Nutricology s. boulardii. Some people like the SCDophilus from GIProHealth.
