Does the extra fermentation time

make SCD Yogurt more acidic than other yogurts?

If the acidity is a problem, drip, or drain the yogurt to remove some of

the galactose which can be an issue for some people.

Is Yogurt an essential part of

the SCD diet or is just a food like any other food?

Obviously, if you cannot tolerate the dairy aspect, you shouldn't eat it.

But if you can tolerate it, it can be remarkably healing.

If Probiotics are important, can

I just get them from a pill?

Probiotics are important, but they are most effective if you get them out

of whole foods. ALL nutrients are better when you get them from properly

digested real foods.

If so, what pill is

best?

I use the Lyo-San from Lucy's Kitchen Shoppe, as well as Nutricology s.

boulardii. Some people like the SCDophilus from GIProHealth. I'm

sure others will pop in with their preferred SCD-legal brand.
