Guest guest
Hey :)I don't know about chinese medicine solving the dietary problem completely, but I really wanted to chirp up and echo that Chinese medicine can be very helpful in augmenting the diet, especially in terms of strengthening and bringing energy to digestive organs that have become very strained, weak, and depleted through the process of our illness. helps to restore and strengthen and aid healing. Just keep it legal (one thing I do for spices that Chinese medicine recommends (like dried ginger) that are legal but too hot for me to tolerate swallowing, is I put them under my tongue, utilizing sublingual absorption. I cannot tell you how helpful that has been...) Best! I haven't visited this site for a long time, I was on the diet for 6 yrs. I followed the diet religiously but after flaring up when trying to quit smoking I started searching. Somebody suggested I try chinese medicine and I found Lihua Wang she treated me with acupuncture and herbs and in a short time I could eat whatever I wanted without any problems. She and her husband run the Acupuncture Center on SE 141st and division in Portland best wishes to all
