Guest guest
Glad to hear it's going well. So you have 3 kids, huh? Did your Dr. tell you that your kids shouldn't see you after the surgery? My os advised against it. I have a 10 year old boy and 4 year old girl. I'm not as concerned with my son, because I think he'd be fine. My daughter is the one I'm concerned with. I'm a stay at home mom and I'm very used to having my daughter with me 24 7! I'm sure she'll be fine, but I wonder what I will do. I'm sure with surgery I won't even think of it. My husband will be off the first week after the surgery and when he goes back to work my mom will be here. She only lives 20 minutes away so she can help out whenever we need her. Guest guest
LOL that's one of the weirdest things I have ever heard. My son is 3 and my daughter 11, they have seen me through this is my third, they were well prepared and I think reacted BETTER than my mom! You know they let you sleep and go watch cartoons and eat snacks with daddy, besides you have your icepacks on...he might just want to make sure you don't have to deal with them. Many women don't put enough plans in place for adequate care and you got to take care of yourself. Still weird though. Alison
