Re: coconut yogurt in fridge?

Sorry, another coconut yogurt post. Just wondering how long to keep it in the fridge. I thought coconut milk in general didn't last that long, but I'm not sure about the yogurt. 1 week? 2 or longer?I would think probably about the same as regular yogurt. Maybe two or three weeks? I just finished mine the other day and I think it was almost 3 weeks old. Seemed fine, though it's probably best to use it before then. I would just smell/taste it to make sure it seems good still if it's been in there a while.
