Sharon,

Yeah, I hear ya on the gaging every morning, I quickly take the injector and put

it at

the back of my throat and down my protein drink immediatly with it... it does

help..

then I might eat a piece of cheese cube too. But that is the ONLY way I can

take it

too.. I really can't handle horse pills, I have a problem swallowing pills in

general....

just me though, so I'm always looking for liquid stuff for me, I even do the

liquid

tylenol when I get headaches (once a month at that time), but this iron has GOT

to go

LOL! But, I'll do it for the month, as per my Dr. and see what the results are

at the

end of Sept.

Good luck! Let us know how the Trinsicon works for you, is it a capsule or

tablet or

caplet? How many a day do you take? I do one teaspoon in the morning of the

liquid

and thats enough as you know LOL!

Those who have trouble swallowing pills: have you tried downing them in a

spoon of applesauce? That's what they give the seniors at my mom's nursing home

when they can't swallow pills. It works great for my mom....................
