Guest guest
, When I had my septoplasty it was also at the same time that I had my rhinoplasty. It was quite some years ago (and since then my septum seems to have grown deviated again, go figure, just my luck) but I do believe I was quite congested for a while. Don't forget, it's a little bit of a trauma to the nose and sinuses area so congestion is quite normal. I would give it about a week and if by then the congestion hasn't gotten much better let your doctor know.
