,

You bet I'm sending luck and even more your way!!! I thought about

you so much this weekend and I was praying that you weren't getting

too nervous. How funny is this, I got burnt this weekend too from

the sun! Ha ha! My face is slightly less red now but right

underneath my arms because I fell asleep with my arms up, still

really hurts. Silly me! Despite my mediterranean heritage I guess I

inherited some of that Irish complexion from my dad. So I'll be the

lobster holding your hand in the OR. We'll be two lobsters!!

Do you know yet whether you'll be splinted or not after the surgery?

I hope NOT! I'll let you know how the desplinting goes but more

importantly, you let me know how the surgery goes!!! I'm so proud of

you. You've been able to comfort all of us while agonizing over the

wait for your surgery and you've been amazing! Truly the best

surgery buddy one could hope for. I'll be waiting for you on the

other side ready to commiserate and at hand to drive that bulldozer

when ever you may need me to.
