Almost 18 months post-op!

I'll be 18 months post-op on September 11th. I have lost 177 pounds

and only have about 12 to go!

I added a photo album called " dreamadream1985 " it has my pre-op

side view and my basically 18 month post-op side view!

Way to go, ! I'll be 16 months post-op Sept. 12 so I know how

excited you are. I've lost 132 pounds and have 8 more to go. I

haven't lost any weight in 2 months, though, but I must admit I

haven't been quite as stringent as I could be. I'm HAPPY though,

and most content with eating like I am now. If I " only " maintain

the loss and never lose another pound I'll be thrilled. How is your

weight loss going this far out? Still losing steadily? Give me

some tips...you're doing fantastic! Love, TJ
