Guest guest
Scrap booking stickers work really well. If you are close to Dallas, TX I highly recommend 360wraps.com. The will do a professional wrapping for free. It is worth the drive if you are remotely in the area. I just had my sons done there and I was nothing but highly impressed. Before this wrap, we did use the scrap book stickers which worked fine as well. Guest guest
I decorated my son's bands as a Steelers helmet, I got a logo sticker (ebay would be a good place to look, I also used a vinyl window cling with no problem - just used mod podge to adhere first), painted the band black, then used colored electrical tape from Lowe's or Home Depot to make the stripe down the middle (I know they have orange for the Bears stripe). Oh and I even used some scrapbook supplies (a white paper number 7 but you could also buy sticker numbers) to add a player's number to the back if you wanted to. Then I put a few coats of mod podge over the whole thing. Each band design (and I did many) took me about an hour and a half from start to finish. Also, if you go online to the Cranial Tech website, you can look through their DOCBand Babies calendar which always has some really cute ideas. Guest guest
We used Bling Your Band. The owner, Coree, does custom stickers specifically for the DOCband. She did a fishy/ocean theme for ours. Buts she has pics on her website of various football helmet themes she has done for others. It was $30 ($25 for the stickers and $5 for ship/handling). http://blingyourband.blogspot.com/ On Tue, Oct 20, 2009 at 12:06 PM, Carmen Holguin <cmholguin79@...> wrote: I would like to decorate my sons helmet however I am not a creative person.
