Guest guest
Most lab values for normal B12 are 211-911 I was initially on B12 shots once a month but since I've been in remission from Lymphoma my B12 has been adequately normal without any type of supplement. I know this is going to sound quite gross but anecdotally it has been shown that oral B12 supplements used anally are much better absorbed for those who have had WLS When checking Iron it is also reccommended that a Ferratin level be drawn.
