Guest guest
ought to like this hehe: http://128.121.190.176/article11.htm I got this off of the lower-carb food pyramid from 's email here. I also noticed this article, was kind of interesting. http://128.121.190.176/article10.htm It mentioned what I have been thinking all along. Some people's bodies handle their insulin better than others. This is quite possible why some do not worry about carbs making them fat and others are afraid of the bad carbs making them gain weight. Most of my family has ended up with Diabetes, I never truly was diagnosed with diabetes but I know I was on my way. I can certainly tell when I eat a bad white carb (before the operation) or a high glycemic carb not balanced out that I'd get so sleepy. Not quite sure if I agree with how fatty he wants normie's diets but he's got some good points to ponder on. I'm not anti carb or even " low " carb per se, I just realize that unused low food value carbs = sugar = store more fat = weight gain for some of us whose insulin levels are not as steady as others...even with this tool.
