I do pilates and yoga a good bit, Austin has a great DVD of it

and FitTV has programs on it if you have that in your area. It's

wonderful for minimizing stress of joints and maximizing flexibility.

I have 2 pliates tapes that I have been doing. One is Pliates for Dummies

and Crunch Fatburning Pliates. They have helped me go from a 22 to a 14 in 3

months. I do them 3 times a week along with my walking.
