Hello again!

I am finally home again. I left and had my surgery in Mexico on July

6, and was immediately taken for surgery. I had it around 3:30 that

afternoon. I stayed in the hospital for 10 days, I had immediate

complications and had to be re-operated on to repair it. I am not sure

what happened except my tube was placed wrong and I was screaming in

pain. Thank God they put me out and repositioned it and re checked all

of my incisions and cuts and tubes and everything. The hospital was

beautiful and the staff simply doted on me! They gave the best of

care, always came quickly if needed, never left me without anything I

needed. I ended up in Mexico for 3 weeks instead of 1, and had daily

nurse visits and regularly the doctor would stop in to check on me. I

was told to expect 3 months of feeling weak, and after that I will

gradually get stronger, and I have been pretty weak. I had to have

wheelchairs the whole way home.. I am so happy to be home... Just my

update, oh, and I am down 42 pounds already! 2 days until my 1 month

anniversary of surgery. OK, naptime..

Staci, I'm sooooo sorry that you had complications like that. I have

been looking for you to give us an update. Couldn't remember your name,

just remembered Mexico. Congrats on the weightloss, now it's just time

for you rest. If you need anything at all just shoot it out to the

board :). Best wishes.

Staci,

We were all so worried about you. I am sorry to hear of your complications, but

so excited that you are home. You will be up and running before you know it.

And wow!!! 42 lbs gone. That is awesome!!!
