S. Boulardii- strong stuff!!!

So I started taking my SB yesterday- a 1/2 caplet. Felt great. This morning I

woke up- sore back, achey joints... took another 1/2 caplet before breakfast and

within a 1/2 hour I was RUNNING to the bathroom with liquid D.

W O W Z E R S.

I forgot what die-off felt like.

So I am thinking of reducing to 1/3 caplet tomorrow morning.

Assuming I can handle 1/4-1/3 caplet, how long would you guys take this before

trying to up it again?

Off to take an epsom bath...
