Guest guest
Heya Eileen, This is a very sad situation. It's really hard to give advice not knowing -exactly- what he is going through. He must have a feeding tube? Maybe look into getting better type nutrition in the feeding tube? I know some have rigged to get SCD legal in their feeding tube. It's challenging in a hospital setting as they can be very close minded to other solutions (especially off the grid alternatives, like our beloved cool beyond freak community!) Jodi > > this was on this a.m.'s prayer request > He is in the children's hospital at Westchester Medical Center. He is listed in critical condition with Crohns (sps?) disease. His entire inside cavity of his body is infected and he has several perforations and abscesses. This illness struck in four days. He is not able to have water or food for two to three weeks, with more surgery to follow after that. He is in the critical care ICU and his parents have to take turns staying with him, as they have four other sons at home. Pray for God's healing hands to lift him up and his family. > thanks eileen > 2 1/2 years scd >
