Guest guest
I absolutely am feeling it and it is most uncomfortable. As i try to deal with 's continuing care I keep getting stonewalled. This leads me to a question of how one gets services for their loved one when insurance doesn't seem to want o pay. The care facility is looking to release her to I have no idea where, because she is not strong enough to come home yet. They dumped a list out on me of places I should look at with no indication that insurance will help out. I asked about in home care and was told politely it is not covered. You will pay out of pocket. Any ideas what to try next. I am worried that she will be sent home and no plans in place. Hope all are well as they can be.MattSubject: medical enemasTo: neurosarcoidosis , " Bettis" , Robosan@..., "June Wittwer" , dfeld@..., " Feldhaus" , "a Hulen" , "Kathy Kirkley" , " and Bagwell" , "Tina Wheeler" Date: Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 11:49 PM A Strange Old Tool Do you know what it is? Also most places should a discharge plan in place before discharging a pt. Ask to meet with the discharge Team. Yes it stinks, I am praying for you and as I know this are difficult times. Guest guest
If I see the Doc pull something like that out, then it's just about over. But I certainly don't want that to be my last earthly memory. lol A Strange Old Tool Do you know what it is? Look below, read and learn. This old tool has been reintroduced in Washington D.C. Guest guest
OH Matt. I am so sorry for your recent trouble. Know that you are in my prayers. And is there too. My caretaker who is also my love has the same problems. It has driven him to drink at times because he feels so lost and alone... You hang in there and know we are all here for you. with Great Respect Jackie medical enemasTo: neurosarcoidosis , " Bettis" , Robosan@..., "June Wittwer" , dfeld@..., " Feldhaus" , "a Hulen" , "Kathy Kirkley" , " and Bagwell" , "Tina Wheeler" Date: Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 11:49 PM A Strange Old Tool Do you know what it is? Guest guest
Matt, You are in Pennsylvania, right. What kind of insurance do you have for ? Is she on Medicare, yet? I'll try to go online and see what kind of Medicaid program PA has-- there is a process where you can speed up the guidelines for SSDI and Medicare. Let me know, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderator To: Neurosarcoidosis Sent: Wed, June 9, 2010 4:53:58 AMSubject: Re: medical enemas I absolutely am feeling it and it is most uncomfortable.
