I just have to take a really good shower when I get home since my one incision is still healing up. So that was the verdict. I am so glad. I cannot wait. We have a Curves here too and I was thinking of joining but the base gym is free and I am afraid I will not be able to get off base during the snow season to attend regularly. We also talked alot about food and he told me that he will not schold me for eating anything unless it is fried or sugary. He told me peanut butter is not a great idea because 1 TPSP has 100 calories and you could eat much more for that 100 calories. He also told me that the half of hot dog I ate in Texas was Ok but not the right choice. He said cheese with a few crackers are great, eggs (of course) and he said the meatballs I made last night in the crockpot was a really good thing. He also said to stick with the crab and shrimp. I asked him about carbs and he said we need them. He said wheat bread, rice, pasta and potatoes are ok in moderation. So I feel a lot better now after talking with him. I had meatballs for lunch AND dinner...haha. Hope everyone is having a great night!! Tina
