We have had the year from hell. Two lost jobs, kitchen and bathroom falling apart with a leak and problems with our youngest that are so touchy I can't even begin to get into them - I gained 25 lbs! Yes that's right - me the queen of protein... Oh well - I drew my line in the sand and the only carbs I have had for the last 6 weeks are in my green salads...all protein - shakes, meat, chicken, fish, cheese, you know the drill - Atkins induction. It has not been fast but in 6 weeks I have lost 10 lbs. That is with one shake a day (chocolate whey stack) Hang in there my dear - good to hear from you.
